The evaluation has included an online survey and one-on-one phone interviews and will conclude with focus groups.  We will hold two virtual focus groups:

April 25, 2018 | Noon – 1:30PM

Participants:  Community Representatives. Those who work in and represent local communities in NH, ME and VT who are working on age-friendly community initiatives.

May 2, 2018 | Noon – 1:30PM

Participants: Agency Representatives. Those who work in and represent agencies in NH, ME and VT who are working on age-friendly community initiatives.

All you need to participate is a computer and an internet connection…and a willingness to share your experiences in a virtual focus group setting.   We value your voice and want to hear from you.
