This webinar discussed strategic planning — the important and ongoing process of defining who you are, what your goals are, and how you will achieve those goals. There are many “right” approaches to strategic planning! Martha Tecca will offer examples to consider for crafting identity statements–your vision, mission, and values; assessing your environment and your own resources; and determining strategic goals and priorities. We will hear from peer community leaders about their experiences with strategic planning and will end the session with an open discussion.
