Who We Are
The Center on Aging and Community Living (CACL) is a collaboration between the Institute on Disability (IOD) and the Institute for Health Policy and Practice (IHPP) at the University of New Hampshire. CACL provides a wide range of resources and services. The core purpose of CACL is to conduct high-quality applied research and evaluation in order to identify and promote best practice in the field, increase the general knowledge base, and inform public policy related to aging and disability. In addition CACL offers training and technical assistance to community and state staff; older adults, families, and advocates; and policy makers to support thoughtful program design and long term care financing considerations.
